Samaj Kalyan Sansthan (SKS) is a dedicated social welfare organization committed to the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals affected by substance use disorders. Operating the District De-Addiction Center [DDAC] in Delhi, SKS follows a holistic and community-based approach focusing on recovery, awareness generation, social reintegration, and long-term behavioral change.

Established in 2004 with the objective of promoting a drug-free and healthy society, Samaj Kalyan Sansthan provides structured treatment programs, psychological counseling, and rehabilitation services at the District De-Addiction Center [DDAC] located in Kirari Village, Delhi.

Deliver individual, group, and family counselling services
Ensure early identification and timely intervention for at-risk individuals

Building a Drug-Free Healthy Society

Substance prevention classes in schools and neighborhoods.

Runs drug-prevention clubs in schools and colleges, conducts community rallies, leads parent orientation events, and holds local street-level awareness workshops.

Our Multidisciplinary Team

Samaj Kalyan Sansthan is supported by a dedicated and multidisciplinary rehabilitation team committed to providing ethical, compassionate, and professional de-addiction services. Our team works collaboratively to ensure comprehensive care, structured rehabilitation, and sustained recovery for every beneficiary.

Project Manager / Coordinator

The Project Coordinator oversees the overall implementation and management of the centre. Responsibilities include programme planning, supervision of staff, coordination with government authorities and stakeholders, monitoring service delivery, documentation, and ensuring adherence to prescribed guidelines and standards.

Administration & Management

Counsellor

Provides individual, group, and family counselling services. The role includes psychological assessment, motivational enhancement therapy, relapse prevention planning, emotional support, behavioural interventions, and family guidance to strengthen recovery outcomes.

Therapy & Psychological Support

Social Worker and Outreach Workers

Responsible for community engagement, identification and mobilisation of beneficiaries, conducting awareness activities, coordinating with families, and ensuring follow-up support. They act as a bridge between the community and the rehabilitation centre, promoting early intervention and treatment linkage.

Outreach & Mobilisation

Medical Staff

(Visiting & On-Call Doctor and Nurse)

Medical Officer: Conducts medical assessments, monitors health condition, provides treatment guidance, and ensures medical safety during the rehabilitation process. Nurse: Assists in health screening, monitoring vital parameters, maintaining medical records, administering prescribed medications, and supporting overall healthcare needs.

Clinical Care & Medical Safety

Support Staff, Caretakers & Yoga and Wellness Instructor

Support Staff & Caretakers: Ensure the smooth functioning of daily residential activities, maintain cleanliness, assist beneficiaries in routine activities, and provide a safe and disciplined environment.

Yoga & Wellness Instructor: Conducts regular yoga sessions, relaxation techniques, and wellness activities to improve physical health, mental stability, and emotional balance of beneficiaries as part of holistic rehabilitation.
